Terms and Conditions

Veller Services Limited, Trading Terms, effective 07.10.26

1. Who we are

In these terms Veller, "we", "us" and "our" mean Veller Services Limited, company number 17492005, whose registered office is at 22 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1LS; email: hello@veller.co. Veller is a personal styling service.

In these terms "you" means the person using our service.

2. About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, complete an intake form, or receive styling recommendations from us. By using the service, you accept these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you use the service is the version that applies.

3. What we provide

We provide personal styling recommendations. Following an introduction or a completed intake form, a stylist prepares a curated selection of products based on the information you give us.

We are a recommendation and curation service only. We do not sell, stock, supply or dispatch any of the products we recommend. Every purchase you make is a separate contract between you and the retailer or brand concerned, on their terms, and they are responsible for pricing, availability, delivery, returns, refunds and product quality.

Our recommendations are a matter of professional judgement and taste. We do not guarantee that any product will be suitable, available, correctly priced, or that it will meet your expectations.

4. How we are paid

We generally earn a commission when you buy a product through a link we provide. This commission is paid by the retailer or by an affiliate network acting for them, and it does not change the price you pay.

We select products on the basis of what we believe suits you. Our recommendations are not driven by the commission we receive.

5. Referrals

You may have been introduced to us by a travel agent, concierge or other partner. Where that is the case, we may pay a referral fee. This does not affect the price of anything you buy.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us, including sizing, preferences, budget and travel details, is accurate and complete. Our recommendations depend on that information, and we are not responsible for recommendations that miss the mark because the information we were given was inaccurate or incomplete.

You agree not to misuse the service or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and content

Our recommendations contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices or anything you buy through them.

8. Intellectual property

All content we produce, including mood boards, curated selections, written recommendations, imagery and website content, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal purposes. You may not reproduce, publish or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us at hello@veller.co.

Returns and refunds for products you purchase are handled by the relevant retailer under their own policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from products supplied by third parties, from a retailer's acts or omissions, or from any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, business, contracts or opportunity.

In particular, compliance with your statutory rights in relation to products purchased and any warranties that may apply in respect of such products will be the responsibility of the relevant retailer.

11. Tax and regulation

We are registered in England and Wales as set out above.

VAT: We are not currently registered for VAT and no VAT is charged on our fees. Retailers will generally be registered for VAT and, as such, you will pay VAT on products purchased from retailers.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges arising on products you purchase from third-party retailers, particularly where goods are shipped internationally.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC224301 [correct reference for limited co pls] and handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection law. Further detail is in our Privacy Policy (see below).

We and our affiliates may use your personal information (“the Information”) to inform you about products and services which may be of interest to you.

If we transfer all or part of the Information to any third-party located outside of the UK, we will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Information is kept confidential.

You can notify us in writing not to transfer the Information as set out above.  Further details about the uses to which the Information will be put are available upon written request.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing our rights does not waive them.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

All notices to be served under these terms shall be served by first class pre-paid post at the registered office or principal trading address of the intended recipient or by e-mail to Veller at hello@veller.co.  Notices shall be deemed served when they would ordinarily have been received in normal business hours according to the means of transmission of such notices.
